Earned, not purchased.
WDRIM Rewards can be credited through eligible ecosystem activity: using connected services, completing eligible actions, or taking part in active campaigns. Nothing is bought, speculated on, sold, or traded.

Pending, then matured.
New rewards enter a pending state while the underlying activity settles. During that window, rewards are provisional and may be adjusted under the program rules. Once the window closes, they mature and become available for eligible uses.

Used for ecosystem benefits.
Matured rewards can be used for eligible vouchers, coupons, donations, and premium benefits where those options are available inside connected services.

Every reward follows the same quiet rhythm.
Rewards are not instant checkout balances. They move through a pending window, mature when eligible, and can then be used only for available ecosystem benefits.
Activity
Something real happens.
You use a connected service, complete an eligible action, or take part in a campaign. The ecosystem records the eligible activity.
Pending
The reward appears, held for review.
WDRIM is created in a pending state while the relevant window runs, including returns, settlement, anti-fraud checks, and other program rules.
Matured
It enters your active rewards balance.
Once the window closes, the reward matures. It becomes available for eligible uses and can count toward Citizenship.
Redeemed
It becomes an ecosystem benefit.
You use matured rewards for an available voucher, coupon, donation, or premium benefit inside a connected service.
Matured rewards become useful, tangible benefits.
WDRIM does not sit in your account as money or stored value. It can be redeemed into available benefits you can see and use inside the ecosystem.
Redemption happens inside your account, under the current program rules, against the options available in each connected service at that moment.

Your first matured reward is the first real milestone. Citizenship activates once your account reaches 20 matured WDRIM Rewards, subject to the program rules and account standing. It is participation building into belonging.
